Keith Werner's many talents include playing the bass guitar for Clear Creek.

Leave it to this young country warrior to be the band's highest energy member, sauntering around the stage like an industrial alleyway.  It is the spirit of endurance that runs through Keith's music.  He carries his guitar like a trophy and bares his mistakes like a jail house diary, with a frank poignancy but no apology.  The staccato licks and struts of his guitar are a mix of Memphis rockabilly, Nashville country and the whole of the blues from rural Mississippi to Chicago.

Keith was born in Perryton, Texas and was raised in  the "Heart of the Oklahoma Panhandle", just outside of Guymon, Oklahoma.  Code named "Cowboy Bob", Keith started playing rhythm guitar in his teens,  found no satisfaction and switched to bass one year later.  He played with two other bands and put down the guitar in his mid-twenties for 10 years before picking it up again and finding his niche with  Clear Creek Band.  His timeless music portrays lives and dreams with poetic realism.

Ladies, this one should tug at a few heart strings: This pioneer bachelor dad takes great pride in his children which showed when he serenaded his young daughter during a performance and, in a sentimental gesture, presented her with a single red rose on stage.
