Caleb Hodson was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is an alumnus of Clear Lake High School. He is beyond excited to be coming home to CCISD. In high school he was a three year all-state clarinet, drum major of the marching band, and loved performing with the concert bands, full orchestra, and choir. He marched baritone with the Santa Clara Vanguard in 2019 and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumental Music Education from Brigham Young University in December of 2021.

 

Most recently Mr. Hodson has been the Assistant Director of Bands and Assistant Director of Theater at Farmington High School, a 6A school in Farmington, Utah. Farmington’s ensembles consistently receive superior ratings at the Utah State Concert Band Festival and the marching band has been in the top 5 in the State Marching Band Competition since the school opened in 2018. He is also a member of the visual staff of the Battalion Drum and Bugle Corps, based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.
